In the above photograph the patient presented to us with painful bunions and was unhappy with the appearance of her feet.

By realigning the joints, repositioning the bones and removing the excess bone the patient was happy with the cosmetic results and pain relief was achieved.

This represents a severe case of painful bunion deformities contributing to the development of multiple contracted hammertoes and painful corns. The patient was unhappy with the appearance of her feet.

Cosmetic, corrective surgery has placed the big toes as well as the lesser toes into corrected position and achieved the removal of the corns. The patient is happy with the appearance of her feet and is free of pain.
